Check-in, Check-out & Meals
Check-in and checkout times follow standard hotel policy (typically 2:00 PM check-in to 12:00 PM check-out). Early check-in or late check-out payments are settled directly by the guest at the hotel. Children below 5 years are complimentary in parents’ room without an extra bed and without a Volvo bus ticket. Milk, special infant food, or meals for children are chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.
Valid Government Photo ID Proof
Please carry a valid government photo identity card containing your photograph (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) required at airport transit and hotel check-in. PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid identity proof.
Himachal & Mountain Hotel Standards:
In hill stations and Himalayan destinations (Himachal, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, Ladakh), hotel facilities and services cannot be compared directly with metro cities. Properties are categorized primarily on location, view, seasonal services, and logistics rather than traditional star ratings (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*) used in major metropolitan areas.

In case vehicles are unable or restricted from proceeding to Rohtang Pass due to daily permit quotas, weather conditions, snow clearance, or new guidelines proposed by the NGT / Supreme Court / local authorities, Rockland Travels will not be held responsible or liable in any case.
